YK-11 is a synthetic, steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). It is a gene-selective partial agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) and does not induce the physical interaction between the NTD/AF1 and LBD/AF2 (known as the N/C interaction), which is required for full transactivation of the AR. The drug has anabolic activity in vitro in C2C12 myoblasts and shows greater potency than dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in this regard.

 

Uses about YK11
The most primary uses about YK11 is for bodybuilding. SARMS, including the YK11 are very popular in the bodybuilding industry and the main reason for this is because they can help you to gain muscle and lose fat. This is very similar when compared to AAS but the best thing is that they won't give you any of the nasty side effects. Some of the side effects you would normally experience include high blood pressure, HPTA shutdown, liver damage and more. SARMS don't give you these effects because they are much more selective in the areas that they target so you can still get the muscle gain and fat loss.

 

How does YK11 Works?
YK11 attaches itself to the AR (androgen receptor), but only inducts methods that lead to the traditional side effects of androgens such as growth of body hair and prostate and enhanced aggression - to a restricted degree.
YK11 induces muscle cells to make more follistatin (more than DHT does) - a strong myostatin inhibitor. YK11 works through the androgen receptor. With that said, YK11 can be as good as testosterone in terms of muscle strengthening, but minus the detrimental side effects.
