Testosterone phenylpropionate also known as testosterone hydrocinnamate, is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) and an androgen ester - specifically, the C17β phenylpropionate ester of testosterone - which was formerly marketed in Romania.It was first reported in the scientific literature in 1955 and was an ingredient of several isolated AAS commercial products, but was never widely used.Testosterone phenylpropionate was also notably a component of Sustanon and Omnadren.

 

How Does Testosterone Phenylpropionate Work?
Testosterone Phenylpropionate exhibits a short half-life, with efficacy that lasted about four days. Use of the drug typically causes an increase of levels in the blood within about six hours, and the effect lasts between three and four days.
More traditional forms of test injection solutions such as testosterone enanthate have slower release rates.Testosterone Phenylpropionate is a quick release form of testosterone, causes great fluctuations in hormone levels that is appreciated by bodybuilders for quickly increasing muscle size and strength, but the downside is that the fast muscle gain disappears within a few weeks after the drug is discontinued.
As a hormone, it can have an impact on numerous body functions, not only involving the endocrine system, but the metabolism. It also has an impact on cholesterol levels, which any anabolic steroid can. As such it has the potential to interfere with the body's ability to regulate levels of good (HDL - high density lipoprotein) and bad (LDL - low density lipoprotein) cholesterol.

 

Dosages of Testosterone Phenylpropionate
Testosterone Phenylpropionate is an oil based injectable solution. It is highly androgenic and anabolic. It is a long lasting ester that acts for a period up to 3 weeks. 
By its composition, it is similar to Methyltestosterone, but the only difference is that it has less side effects. Clinical studies have demonstrated that it is less toxic to the liver and it produces less aromatization and water retention. 
The dosage ranges from 100mg to 400mg a week.
Generally, it is necessary to administer testosterone Phenylpropionate two or three times a week in order to increase the effect of the hormone in the body and to maintain the blood levels.
